Xavier Defense is dedicated to rebuilding American manufacturing. Xavier Defense was founded in response to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA 2020) Section 889 prohibits the U.S. Government from procurement of specific telecommunication equipment and services including foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems.
